Tana is an agentic meeting platform built to close the gap between discussion and execution. Instead of generating meeting notes that remain unread, Tana deploys AI agents equipped with tools, memory, and organizational context to complete real work while participants are still talking. Tasks are executed during the meeting itself — pull requests filed, storyboards generated, customer journeys produced — without requiring manual follow-up.

At the core of the platform is a self-building context graph that accumulates organizational knowledge across every session. Each meeting contributes a structured record of what was decided, why it was decided, who was involved, and when it occurred. This growing knowledge base gives both agents and team members immediate access to relevant history, making each subsequent meeting faster and more informed.

The platform is positioned as an alternative to video conferencing tools that treat meetings as passive events. Tana frames meetings as execution environments where AI agents act as active participants, operating on the same context as the humans in the room. Tana is built with enterprise security requirements in mind, including GDPR compliance, no training on customer data, LLM-agnostic infrastructure, and full data portability. SOC2 and HIPAA compliance are listed as in progress. The product is currently available through an early access waitlist.
