HeartLab is a browser-based cardiology imaging platform built for cardiovascular clinicians who need fast, flexible access to echocardiogram studies and structured reporting tools. Designed for speed and efficiency, the platform delivers near-instant load times, eliminating the buffering delays associated with traditional PACS systems. Clinicians can access high-quality echocardiogram images, re-measure studies, and generate reports without downloading any software.
The platform includes a comprehensive echocardiographic measurement package supporting 2D and Doppler measurements. Users can re-measure an entire study from within their browser and pull all measurements — both on and off-cart — into a final report. Multi-modality imaging is supported across echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, vascular ultrasound, and nuclear cardiac testing, enabling clinicians to get a complete clinical picture within a single interface.
HeartLab supports real-time collaboration with remote health teams, even while a patient is still in the clinic. Report templates can be configured to match a practice's approved formats, and prior studies can be compared quickly against the most recent imaging data. Cloud storage is scalable and secure, with no need for CDs, USB sticks, or manual cloud uploads.
Seamless integrations include a cloud-native DICOM server, HL7 connectivity to EHR/EMR and CVIS/RIS systems, DICOM worklists, and open APIs. The platform operates on a subscription model (SaaS) that includes unlimited users, unlimited machines, automatic updates, maintenance, and support. HeartLab is SOC2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant, and partners with Us2.ai and Ultromics for native AI integrations.
