Activepieces is an open source, AI-first automation platform that empowers every team to build self-driven workflows and intelligent agents using the tools they already work with. With over 700 integrations spanning CRM, communication, productivity, finance, and more, teams can automate complex multi-step processes without writing code.
The platform includes an AI agent builder that lets users describe what they want to automate, train agents on specific tasks, and connect them to any integrated tool. A visual flow builder provides full control over custom logic, conditions, loops, code execution, and branching, enabling both simple and sophisticated automation patterns.
Activepieces provides complete run-level transparency with full input and output logs for every step, so users can identify exactly where a workflow succeeded or failed. Human approval steps can be inserted at any point, allowing agents to escalate decisions that require human judgment rather than acting autonomously.
Enterprise governance features include SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom role-based access controls, audit logs, and piece access controls. Deployment options include a fully managed cloud with SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance across EU and US regions, or self-hosted via Docker, Helm, or any cloud provider. The open source Community Edition is available on GitHub under an MIT license.
